Before installation, it is important to measure your fridge vent size and choose the proper fan size, either 90mm or 120mm. Additionally, it is recommended to test the fan and control unit before installation. It is also important not to attempt to revise the polarity to change the airflow direction, as this will not work and may cause the unit to malfunction.
The fan also comes with a temperature probe to detect the environment near the evaporator of the refrigerator. To ensure accurate temperature readings, it is suggested to place the sensor about 1 inch away from the evaporator, as it is the warmest area.
